Jacobs Heritage Farm is a fifth generation farm located in Copley, Ohio. The farm is currently owned by Jennifer Jacobs and her young son, Frankie. Jennifer is the heart behind Jacobs Heritage Farm, a small family-run farm rooted in heritage, seasonality, and handmade goodness. She raises animals, keeps bees, grows plants, and creates small-batch foods and home goods inspired by old-world traditions and everyday farm life. With a love for vintage finds, local collaboration, and storytelling, her work blends practicality, nostalgia, and a deep respect for land, community, and craft.
